With 15+ years of experience in corporate and commercial real estate, Bhavnesh has played a pivotal role in investing, developing, and managing assets of over $750 million in value. Before establishing Sage Lane Partners, Bhavnesh was instrumental in creating the hotel investment division at RADCO Companies in Atlanta. Within three years, Bhavnesh led the acquisitions of 12 hotels totaling nearly $350 million in investments.
Bhavnesh's prior roles include significant positions at Auro Hotels, Green Line Investments, InterContinental Hotels Group, and HREC Investment Advisors. His journey in real estate began after earning an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University and a BS in Hotel Management with a concentration in real estate and law from Cornell University's Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
With 20+ years of experience, Bhavin has led investment management, transactions and real estate development, overseeing over $2 billion of real estate on behalf of public REITs and private equity firms. Before establishing Sage Lane Partners, Bhavin led asset management of equity investments for Real Estate funds at Fortress Investment Group. He was instrumental in business plan execution on over $1 billion of real estate investments across numerous investments in the United States and Caribbean.
Bhavin’s prior roles include key leadership positions at LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO), White Lodging, Hotel Asset Value Enhancement, and HREC Investment Advisors. He began his real estate career after earning a Masters degree from Cornell University and a BA in Hospitality Business and Real Estate from Michigan State University.
With over 8 years of experience in corporate real estate and commercial finance, Aemish Patel has been integral in underwriting assets valued at more than $3.5 billion in the hospitality and oil and gas industry. Before joining Sage Lane Partners, Aemish played a crucial role in underwriting hospitality deals for Davidson Hospitality Group in Atlanta, where he successfully underwrote approximately $2 billion in acquisitions, management takeovers, and new developments across the United States.
Prior to Davidson, Aemish held in finance roles at Colonial Pipeline and Chase. Aemish earned an MBA/MS in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in Finance with a concentration in Accounting and Communication from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
